You can permanently delete your WildRoute account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what we're required to keep. It applies to the WildRoute mobile app and the wildroute.ai website, which share one account.
If you have the WildRoute app installed:
Your account and associated data are deleted from our active systems immediately. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@wildroute.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. So we can verify the request is yours, please send it from that same address. We process these requests within 30 daysand email you to confirm when it's done.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
After deletion, residual copies may persist briefly in our routine encrypted backups, which are purged on our normal rotation cycle within 30 days. We may retain a limited record where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting). Any data we keep for analytics is aggregated and anonymized so it can no longer be linked to you.
Deleting your WildRoute account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those subscriptions are managed by the store, so cancel yours there to stop future charges: App Store → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play→ profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
